Zenoll provides B2B outbound revenue infrastructure and managed operations as defined in your specific engagement model. We act as a strategic partner, building and operating systems to generate qualified sales conversations.
Payment Terms
All services are invoiced in UAE Dirhams (AED). Engagement models may require upfront payment for fixed-scope builds or monthly retainers for ongoing operations. Late payments may result in a temporary pause of system operations.
Limitation of Liability
Zenoll provides the infrastructure and execution for outbound activity. While we engineer for performance, final commercial outcomes depend on market variables and client closing capabilities. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific period of engagement.
Governing Law
These terms and any engagement with Zenoll are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
